the check-in took an eternity, they promised my room would be ready in 20 minutes but it was actually 2 hours. and please, a non-smoking room with lingering cigarettes smell? really? this place is gravely overrated. a little special treatment or compensation would have brought my review up a notch, but alas, i just couldn't. avoid this hotel.

The staff really made our stay enjoyable.
Check-in was a nightmare. I was promised my room would be ready in 20 minutes, but I waited for 2 hours. To make matters worse, there were issues with our reservation price. Initially, I was quoted a lower amount, but upon arrival, the price jumped without explanation, which left me feeling frustrated and confused by the lack of transparency.

Perfect for families with kids
I mean, they arranged a special breakfast box for my family when we needed an early start, like wow! And the room was spacious, clean, and felt like home to my little ones. We had access to a mall right next door, it was fabulous because we could grab snacks and other necessities quickly.
It wasn't the least expensive option around but honestly worth it.

The stay included a well-maintained gym and a beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. However, the breakfast options were limited and the quality varied significantly, with some dishes lacking flavor. Despite that, the staff were fantastic, especially a friendly room service representative who ensured we had everything we needed. The location felt somewhat isolated, but it offered easy access to local attractions, which is a plus.

The staff really made our stay enjoyable. They went out of their way to help us out. We explored Jebel Hafeet and loved the stunning views and the peaceful vibe. If you want comfort and cleanliness, this is a good pick. Don't miss their spacious rooms!
The dining experience could use improvement. We overheard complaints about cold food, which wasn't acceptable for a place that claims to be top-notch.

Exceptional hospitality and delightful dining options!
During my stay, the staff truly went above and beyond, with a special mention to the concierge, Binod, who was wonderfully attentive. The variety of food impressed me, especially the seafood day where I could select my own fish for the chef to prepare. The pool area was a perfect relaxation spot, particularly enjoyable with the outdoor temperature-controlled feature. The only downside was a slight noise issue from the nearby corridors during the night.
